To help make HVAC system maintenance easier and keep your home’s equipment running at peak performance, we offer 1-, 3-, and 5-year HVAC maintenance plans. It’s our way of helping you stay on top of routine service and save you money in the process. Explore our available plans below!
1-Year HVAC Maintenance Plan
$30Per Month Per System
Total cost of $360
What’s Included:
- 2 maintenance visits per year
- Priority scheduling
- 5% discount on repairs & additional services
- $100 loyalty credit per active year toward a new system with the following conditions met:
- Auto-renewal required
- Maximum credit of $1000
- 5% discount on new system replacement with auto-renewal
- Add-ons: Each system add-on is an additional $15 per month
Terms: Requires a minimum commitment of 6 months, with the option to cancel your plan any time after this period with 30 days’ written notice. Please note that there are no refunds for missed maintenance or unused services. See additional terms at the bottom of this page.
3-Year HVAC Maintenance Plan
$25Per Month Per System
Total cost of $900 — That’s a savings of $180!
What’s Included:
- All services included in our 1-year plan
- 10% discount on repairs & services
Terms: Requires a minimum commitment of 24 months with the option to cancel your plan any time after this period with 30 days’ written notice. Please note that your balance will be due upon early termination, and there are no refunds for missed maintenance or unused services. See additional terms at the bottom of this page.
5-Year HVAC Maintenance Plan
$25Per Month Per System
Total of $1500 — That’s a savings of $300!
What’s Included:
- All services included in our 1-year plan
- 15% discount on repairs & services
- Highest loyalty value
Terms: Requires a minimum commitment of 36 months with the option to cancel your plan any time after this period with 30 days’ written notice. Please note that your balance will be due upon early termination, and there are no refunds for missed maintenance or unused services. See additional terms at the bottom of this page.
Additional Terms for All Service Plans
All Plans Require the Following:
- You must call to schedule seasonal visits
- A two-week notice for scheduling service is recommended, but not required
- Maintenance does not guarantee the prevention of breakdowns
- Damage from neglect, misuse, or acts of nature is not covered
- Payment is due on the 1st of each month
- Monthly auto-pay via credit card
- Non-payment will result in automatic plan cancellation
- Services will not be scheduled without active payment
