With over 30 years of experience, President Patrick Martinez has a rich background in the industry, starting his career in the Local 104 Union apprenticeship program. He has since advanced through service operations, successfully managing numerous projects in both residential and commercial sectors.

As a family-owned business established in 2015, West Coast Mechanical has expanded its expertise with the acquisition of Master Maintenance Home Services in 2024, now serving as our dedicated residential division. We hold state licensing along with comprehensive general liability and workman's comp insurance. Our expertise lies in service, repair, maintenance, design-build, installations, and beyond.
