In 2024, we expanded our residential and light commercial services through the acquisition of Master Maintenance Home Services, bringing commercial-level expertise to homes and small businesses.
Led by President Patrick Martinez, who has over 30 years of hands-on experience and training through the Local 104 Union apprenticeship, our team delivers expert craftsmanship and dependable service on every job. We’re committed to providing efficient, high-quality heating and cooling solutions that enhance comfort and performance for homeowners and businesses across Santa Clara County.
